Vehicles are in good condition. They are new, comfortable, spacious and air-conditioned. They are also equipped with necessary amenities and materials (refer to ‘Further Info’).

Our drivers have sufficient experience to understand your expectations. With them, you can get closer to the daily and authentic life of the local people easily in order to see their living patterns, customs, culture, traditions, rituals, festivals, typical and authentic activities as well as flora and fauna. Our drivers are eager to show you something new throughout your trip from beginning to end. Certainly, your driver will be a good associate during your stay in Sri Lanka.

PLEASE NOTE:

The given price is calculated from Colombo to Colombo (from garage to garage). At the end of the tour you will have to pay for additional KMs (as per the contract). You may check and sign the given Mileage Form daily so that you know the number of KMs done for the day and you may keep a copy of it. You can check the meter reading at the start and at the end of the day. Before ending the tour (prior to last day) you can check the duly signed kilometer chart and keep cash ready for payment for additional KMs that you have made (if any).

An Invoice will be submitted to you by your chauffeur for extra KMs payable. The pay rate for additional KMs is US $0.35/km. You can make payment in cash (either in Sri Lankan Rupees or US Dollars) to your chauffeur direct for additional KMs. This payment procedure will not be applicable to fixed tours that you purchase.

*Your contract – if you purchase your package excluding chauffeur’s food & lodging, please check with each of the hotels that you have booked if they would provide food and lodging for your driver free of charge. If not, you will have to pay US $15 per night or equivalent in Sri Lankan Rupees to your chauffeur direct.

FURTHER INFO:

All our vehicles are equipped with radio, cassette, USB port, GPS, safety belts, baby seats (on request) umbrellas and first aid box with essential items such as surgical spirits, plasters, bandages, sterilized cotton etc.

We do have a breakdown service. We provide replacement at earliest in case of a technical problem. However, the time depends on the accessibility of location. We assure prompt arrangement to make sure your tour is uninterrupted.

Chauffeurs are equipped with mobile phones and will provide you the facility to contact the local office, your local hotels etc.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Hotel accommodation, food and beverages, all other paying activities and your personal expenses

All entrance fees to the sites, visits, activities, safari jeeps etc.

Video camera & permits to photos where applicable

Other mode of transport not included in the package such as train journeys, tuk-tuk rides, local bus, jeep safari (4 x 4), bicycles, boat rides

International and local flights and Visa fees

Increase of any sudden new government taxes without prior notice

PAYMENTS:

You can make an advance payment by a bank transfer (equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your package) to secure your booking and can make balance payment by cash on arrival to our representative.
