Type B –

Prices indicated in the below table inclusive of driver’s food & lodging, are applicable for round tours and worked out based on the last few years’ requirements of travelers. You can create your own travel plan after discussing and sharing your ideas with us.

If you are an independent discoverer who wishes to decide the travel destinations and the hotels whilst on tour, you can make a request for a vehicle for a certain period. In such instances, we offer you the best-estimated rate based on your travel duration, provided that our calculated kilometers would be sufficient for the tour. But if you exceed the allocated kilometers, you may have to pay for the extra mileage if any.

Type C –

If your requirement is to do excursions from one place ie from Colombo or from the beach, then, the exact travel plan of each day is required as the price will be calculated based on actual kilometers.

Type D –

If the exact travel plan is submitted, we can offer you a fixed price based on your actual mileage and can avoid extra kms charges. Discuss with us for the most suitable and convenient travel plan based on your interest and duration. Or else, you can have an unlimited kilometers formula if your travel duration is 12 days or more.

Our vehicle fleet consists of well-maintained, air-conditioned Small Budget Cars.

All the vehicles are regularly serviced, have good tyres, safety belts, etc and are equipped with USB charging port, Maps, radio, umbrellas, mini First Aid box, hand sanitizers and other necessary amenities.

Wi-fi facility & baby seats are given on your request.

We offer our prices from Colombo to Colombo and provide you with sufficient kilometers for your travel duration. Your driver will keep you informed of the day’s running mileage. Any additional kilometres driven, must be paid by the end of the tour. The payable rate for an additional kilometer is USD 0.25 for this category.

If your package is without chauffeur’s accommodation, then you will have to see that he gets free accommodation in your hotel, or otherwise you will have to pay him directly USD 10 per day.

If you request a driver who speaks another language ie French, Italan, German etc.. the payable supplement per day is US$ 20. (subject to availability)

On beach stays or other destinations on the island, if you use any other mode of transportation despite your hired vehicle to secure the allocated kilometres, you must please pay the total fee of USD 25 (USD 0.25 x 100 km) for such days.

You can make an advance payment by a bank transfer/ online payments (equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your package) to secure your booking and can make balance payment by cash on arrival to our representative.
