Customizable Tour Itinerary
The AaryanCARS chauffeur guide, your companion for the whole tour, will meet and greet you on arrival. He will accompany you to Kandy, en route visiting the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which is home to about 60 elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. They are being cared for, fed and trained by the Wildlife Authority. The best time for your visit is the elephants’ feeding & bathing time.
Leave for Kandy and upon arrival, explore the city and its main attractions. The Sacred Tooth Relic temple is the most renowned monument.
Overnight stay is in a hotel in Kandy.
On the second day, you will get to admire the incredible sceneries on your train journey from Kandy to Ella. It would give you a lifetime of memories of your holiday in Sri Lanka.
Arrive in Ella, which is packed with activities and attractions. Explore as much as possible in the evening and, do the remaining visits on the following day morning.
Your stay in Ella would undoubtedly be a significant one.
Overnight stay is in a hotel in Ella.
During the morning hours, you can spend time a little longer in Ella to admire the vicinity and then leave for Yala. Upon arrival in Yala, you have two options depending on your arrival time: either to go on a safari in the evening or else, enjoy the hotel surrounding that evening and do the safari on the next day early morning.
Overnight stay is in a hotel in Yala.
You have an option to go on a safari early morning, or else leave for Galle, en route enjoying wonderful beaches along the southwest coastline.
You will arrive at your last hotel situated in the historical Galle city. Promenading along the old streets and rampart as well as admiring the sunset over the Old Dutch Fort, will be memorable.
Have a pleasant night in your charming hotel in Galle.
This is the final day of the tour and the visits/activities can be done depending on the departure flight time. If the flight schedule is in the evening or at night, you can either relax or do the following:
- Visit a sea turtle hatchery to see the entire process of their life – from an egg to a hatchling
- Interesting river safari across mangroves, flora & fauna
- Possibility of visiting the moonstone mines in the region
- Visit a traditional mask museum
- Sightseeing tour in Colombo on the way to the airport
In the afternoon, head to Colombo for a quick sightseeing tour and then proceed to the airport to take the departure flight.
At the end of the tour, you can have a beach extension to relax on one of the splendid beaches in Sri Lanka.
